About Emily:
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis on Ceramics, Emily decided her next step was to attend law school. Emily graduated from Vermont Law School in May of 2008. During law school Emily was chosen as 1 of 8 students to work in the Environmental and Natural Resources Legal Clinic in the Fall of 2007.  Emily also was an intern with Advocates for the West.  

During school Emily was active in extracurricular activities.  She was selected to the Client Counseling and Negations team as part of an intra school competition; elected as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association; was the Dance Director for Specific Performance, a performance group; a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity; and the Conference Co-Chair for The Women’s Law Group.  After graduating from Vermont Law, Emily moved to Seattle where she was an intern at the Cascade Land Conservancy, working with the Transfer of Development Rights team providing research, writing and analysis as needed.

Emily moved to Missoula in September 2009 with her fiancé and is very excited to be working for Moriarity, Badaruddin, & Booke, LLC as a paralegal.
